Diamonds and Rust

A well known Irish comedian having delivered a paticularly funny but often discriminating Murphy and Flannagan joke always called to his audience to “write it down”.

That’s just what I’d like to do.To note the little things that move or affect me now or have done in the past. The things that brought or bring laughter and pleasure or maybe sadness and melancholie.Remembrances of my childhood and youth in England, and my present life in Switzerland……..The diamonds and the rust
